Payment Methods

PayPal Payment

1. Log in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2. Enter your Card Details; the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please check it is correct, then click Submit.
3. Your Payment will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your delivery address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.

Credit Card / Bankcard Payment

We accept all Visa Cards and Mastercards.

Accept MasterCard and Visa
1. Choose your shipping address or create a new one.
2. Choose Credit or Debit Card payment.
3. Enter your Card Details.
4. Click ‘Pay, ‘ and your payment will be processed. Any updates to the order will be sent to your email inbox.


Transactions under Review
Very few transactions will need to be reviewed. It will be done in 1 business day. You will be notified via email of any updates, or you can just check the user center for the real-time order status.
NOTE: Credit cards can only be tried 10 times per hour, if you have made many failed attempts, the credit card will be locked for one hour. opalitemaldives never saves your card number and detail information.

SOFORT : Direct payment via online banking

1.Select SOFORT as the payment method

2.Automatically redirected to the securely encrypted payment wizard of SOFORT

3.Select your country and bank and login using your online banking login details

4.Confirm the credit transfer by entering a confirmation code.

You will be redirected back to our order confirmation page

OXXO Payment

1.Select OXXO as the payment method

2.Confirm your order details and place your order

3.Print your OXXO ticket and pay at any OXXO store

4.Generally your order will be confirmed within 1-2 working days once paid

Notes:

– This payment option is only available for residents of Mexico.

– You have 3 calendar days to pay your ticket or your order will be automatically canceled.

– We will not reserve stock for your order until the payment has been confirmed. Please pay quickly to avoid any chance of stock selling out after you placed the order. If items in your order have a status of “Back Order” or “Out of Stock,” please contact us for the expected arrival time or to modify your order.

– Your order status will be confirmed within 1-2 working days after you paid the ticket. Some orders may require additional time to confirm. After the payment of your order is confirmed, we will begin to prepare your order.

– This payment option is not available for “Clearance” products or on products included in limited time only special promotions. If the OXXO option is not available, we recommend you pay with a National Credit Card or Paypal.

Wire Transfer Payment

We are also happy to accept Wire Transfer payment for most orders.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your products will not be shipped until payment is completed. Once you have made a wire transfer payment order, please let us know. If you have any other questions regarding your opalitemaldives order payment through Wire Transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We want to remind all customers that they are responsible for all local handling fees and intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm the total payment amount with their local bank.

iDEAL Payment

1. Select the pay by iDEAL
2. Click checkout with iDEAL
3. You will be redirected to the iDEAL payment page
4. Select your bank and click continue
5. Fill in all required bank account details and submit the payment
6. You will be redirected back to our order confirmation page

Credit Card and Installment (Brazil)

Customers resident in Brazil can pay their orders at opalitemaldives with the following Credit Cards issued in Brazil (National or International):

Visa, Mastercard, Ello, Hipercard, Diners, American Express, Discovery, Aura, Mercadolivre, and JCB.

It is important to remember that choosing an installment option will charge you a small interest fee. The value of each installment and total value will be indicated in your shopping cart. On your credit card bill you will be charged the IOF fee of only 0.38%.

Note:

– To use National Credit Card and Installment your order must have the Delivery Address in Brazil.

– This payment option can’t be used for orders worth more than US $ 500 (five hundred dollars)

– Prepaid credit cards or Debit Cards are not accepted for this mode of payment.

– Opalitemaldives is not responsible for the collection and reimbursement of extra charges on your order such as IOF and Installment Interest. These fees are the responsibility of your Credit Card Company and Banks in Brazil.

Boleto Bancário Payment

1. Select the button pay by Boleto Bancário
2. Select pay as an individual or legal entity
3. Fill in the required fields
4. Confirm your details provided are correct
5. Print off your Boleto and make a payment at supported Banks, ATMs, or convenience stores.
We will confirm your payment one working day after you’ve paid the Boleto Bancário.

Notes:
-This payment option is only available for residents of Brazil that have a valid CPF number.
-You have three calendar days to pay your Boleto or your order will be automatically canceled.
-We will not reserve stock for your order until the payment has been confirmed, please pay quickly to avoid any chance of stock selling out after you placed the order. If items in your order have a status of “Back Order” or “Out of Stock,” please contact us for the expected arrival time or to modify your order.
-After you pay your Boleto, the payment processing time is 1 business days. After the payment of your order is confirmed, we will begin to prepare your order.
– The Boleto payment option is not available for “Clearance” products or on products included in limited time only special promotions. If the Boleto option is not available, we recommend you pay with a National Credit Card or Paypal.

Paytm payment

We accept Paytm as a payment method:

Only available for orders shipped to India.

  1. Log into your Newchic account;
  2. Select the Paytm payment method;
  3. Click “Paytm”. You will be redirected to the Paytm payment page;
  4. Select a payment method in Paytm payment page. You can choose Paytm Account to pay the order. If you do not have a Paytm account, you can pay via Paytm with your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking or UPI.
  5. Fill in all the required details and click “Pay now”;
  6. You will be redirected to the order confirmation page;
Trustly Payment

1. Select the pay by Trustly
2. Click place order with Trustly
3. You will be redirected to the Trustly payment page
4. Select your bank and you will be redirected to the login page
5. Fill in all required bank account details and click continue
6. Select the payment account and pay it

India Credit card payments

We accept Credit card as a payment method:

Only available for orders shipped to India

2. Select the Credit or Debit card payment method;

3. Fill in your Aadhaar and PAN;

4. Click “Checkout” with ”Credit or Debit card”. You will be redirected to the payment page;

5. Fill in all the required details and submit the payment;

6. You will be redirected to the order confirmation page;

BKM Express payments

We accept payments with BKM Express:
Only available for orders shipped to TR.
1.Select a delivery country;
2.Check your order information and click the place order
button;
3.Complete the payment on the BKM page;
4.You will be redirected to your order confirmation page;
5.You can check the order status in the user center and
you will receive emails about the order status update.

Multibanco

1.Log into your opalitemaldives account;
2.Select the Multibanco payment method;
3.Click “Place your order”. You will be redirected to the Multibanco payment page;
4.Mark your entity or reference or print the vouche and pay through an ATM with a debit card or at home via the online banking environment;

5.Remember that you must pay before the due date to avoid canceling your order.

 

Notes:

-This payment option is only available for orders shipped to Portugal.

-This payment method cannot be directly refunded; any refunded transaction will be credited to your PayPal account.

-Please pay your Multibanco within 3 business days or it will be canceled.

UPI payments

We accept UPI as a payment method:

Ebanking

We accept molPay as a payment method:

Only available for orders shipped to Malaysia.

1. Log into your Newchic account;
2. Select the molPay payment method;
3. Click “Checkout with molPay”. You will be redirected to the molPay payment page;
4. Select your bank and click “Continue”;
5. Fill in all the required details and submit the payment;
6. You will be redirected to your order confirmation page.
