Our Return Policy

1. Items shipped from opalitemaldives.com can be returned within 30 days upon receipt.
2. Because of hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, pajamas and swimwear are not eligible for return.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

Why do I need to print the return label?

By scanning your return slip, our facility can locate your return much faster. After that we can proceed to refund/replacement.

How to return/refund the product?

Items shipped from opalitemaldives.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Which carrier should I use to return?

We’d suggest to contact your nearest post office to return for a better customs clearance procedure.

How to get the refund?

By default, a refund goes to your original funding source. Opalitemaldives does not support storing balance in your Opalitemaldives account.

We should note the following payment methods do not support refund to the original funding source:

– Cash on Delivery

– Doku Indonesia

– Wire Transfer Payment

Those payment methods require customer to provide a PayPal account should a refund will be issued.

Can I get the refund if I don't like the products?

Boleto, OXXO Refund process within 2 business days, then you will receive an email to collect your bank details. And the refund shown in your account within 10 business days.
Credit/Debit Card/ Installment Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 7-14 natural days to show in your account.
India Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking Refund within one business day, but bank processing may take 5-7 business days to show in your account.
Paytm Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 3-21 business days to show in your account（paytm wallet will settle within 24h）.
Ebanking Within 3-7business days
COD You need to provide a PayPal account if a refund will be issued. This payment method does not support refunding in cash.
DOKU, Multibanco You need to provide a PayPal account if a refund will be issued. This payment method does not support refunding in cash.
Bank Transfer You need to provide a PayPal account if a refund will be issused. This payment method dose not support refunding in cash.
BKM Refund within 1 business day, but bank processing may take 7-14 natural days to show in your account.
